Daily Workflow

Morning

1. Start daemon on host: sidemesh up, or let the OS service auto-start
2. Open app, select host
3. Check recent sessions and pending approvals

If you use Restart or Update in the app, install the background service on macOS or Linux so the host comes back on its own.

During the Day

• New task: Create a session, describe the goal, let the agent work
• Check in: Review session progress, approve pending actions
• Deep dive: Browse files, check git status, attach terminal
• Away from desk: Use mobile to approve, steer, or inspect

Session Lifecycle

1. Create: Start a session with a goal
2. Run: Agent works, may request approvals
3. Steer: Send additional input while turn is active
4. Interrupt: Stop the current turn if it goes wrong
5. Archive: Clean up finished sessions
6. Resume: Pick up where you left off
